Focus on the 2014 edition
The 3rd edition of the LHFORUM/Positive Economy Forum in Le Havre, which gathered 6 000 participants from the 23rd to the 26th September 2014, has been a great success !
More than 150 speakers, CEOs, Heads of NGOs, political decision makers, academics, social entrepreneurs, and artists, from all over the world talked about their experience and innovative projects in the field of agriculture and food, global governance or finance. French Prime Minister Manuel Valls, astrophysician Hubert Reeves, navigator Ellen MacArthur, Nicolas Hulot and many more have shared with passion their commitment to a more positive society. The start of a long term reflection in professional workshops
At the same time of the plenary sessions, almost 400 international experts gathered in 30 topical workshops with the purpose to encourage healthy emulation and spur new approaches and analyses aimed at building a positive society. Special events dedicated to young generations
The Children’s Forum, organized in partnership with Living School, brought together around 500 children from the Le Havre urban area for a day dedicated to the discovery of solutions and actions within reach of the children, thanks to workshops and testimonies of committed personalities.
More than 1,000 high school students also discovered the positive economy during a day of discussions and debates at the Lycée Saint Joseph designed to encourage all the students to become aware of their power to act as citizens!

Next day, Cedric Baecher introduced the work on the positive economy index with the leaders of test-companies during a cocktail held at the CCIH.
15 international daily newspapers editors-in-chief participated in the “Positive Planet” night organized in partnership with Sparknews. They came to Le Havre from all over the world to celebrate impact journalism.
