As early as 1871 EM Normandie was among the first business schools to be created in France and has gained over the years a reputation as a reference institution is the Management Education world, and has achieved both the US AACSB International and EU EPAS EFMD accreditations. Over 2,800 students and practitioners register every year for its various programmes, and more than 12,000 alumni around the world have joined the Réseau EM Normandie. To date, the School operates 5 campuses, in Caen, Deauville, Le Havre, Paris and Oxford.
EM Normandie trains those managers of tomorrow who will be responsible citizens able to lead change in a cross-cultural environment. The School also provides lifelong learning programmes for employees and senior manager.
Through its Territorial Development Institute (IDéT), the school offers its students in the context of the Responsible Manager programme concrete actions designed to sensitize and train them in the challenges of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility in order to initiate a process of change favourable to the emergence of ethical and responsible professional practices as well as a collaborative and mutually supportive management of resources.
