CEO, Centre National Emergence
Mr. Guenni Allaoui was born in Le Havre on October 30, 1961. He has been President of the Emergence National Centre since 2012.
Between 1990 and 1992, Mr. Allaoui was in charge of the suburb social development program (Le Havre, sport insertion) and between 1992 and 1995, he directed the urban social development program (Le Havre, sport insertion). In 2001, he founded the Emergence association and in 2005, he created the insertion scheme “AU TOP POUR UN JOB” within the Emergence association. In 2006, he developed an action to fight against recidivism “Package for freedom.” In 2006, he launched the first Emergence spin off in Brussels.
In 2003, Mr. Allaoui was awarded the Youth and Sports Gold Medal by the Ministry of Sports represented by Mr. Jean-François Lamour and Mr. Alain Juppe. In 2008, he was appointed innovative social entrepreneur by Ashoka and in 2012, he was awarded an honorary degree by the Democratic and Popular Republic of Algeria.
At the same time, Mr. Allaoui is Head of the Social Insertion group at the French Federation of French Boxing and Director of the Youth Commission at the French League of Boxing / Savate. He is also volunteer Director of the PYRAMID association (mediation, integration) and trainer at the Police Academy of Vannes and at the Scouts of France in the “PLEIN VENT” unit (culture and knowledge in disadvantaged neighborhoods of Le Havre).
