BACKGROUND / Professional and educational background:
Before CIPMEN, Almoktar has worked for 7 years in the field of corporate consulting for major firms in Europe and Africa with Accenture Consulting and Performances Management Consulting. He is the co-founder of 2 startups one in Niger (Nexture consulting) and one in France (Arweil consulting). Almoktar graduated from the Institute of Engineering of Limoges (3IL) and also part of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI 2015 – Mandela Fellowship) of the American state government.

First business incubators in Niger, Mali and Guinea, the incubators built on the model of CIPMEN arise naturally as true catalysts for entrepreneurial ecosystem in the subregion. In 2 years of activity in Niger, CIPMEN showed great results :
10 startups incubated with a cumulative turnover of more than EUR 1 million and over 50 direct jobs and 200 indirect jobs created
Over 50 projects have been supported through the pre-incubation in their process of startup creation
More than 1,000 people trained to the creation and the development of startups
