BACKGROUND / Academic and professional background
After a double degree in international relationships and in political sciences in Paris1 Pantheon Sorbonne, I worked as a consultant on projects of support in West Africa than as campaign officers for international NGOs as ActionAid whose establishment in France I worked for through its NGO Peuples Solidaires.
From 2009 to 2012, I develop the citizen online movement Avaaz in France by leading engagement activities (web, fundraising …)
ACHIEVEMENT/ What is your project, initiative, start-up, company all about?
In March 2012, he joined Change.org to launch and drive the French version the website which is currently the largest world platform of petition and give people the tools to build the change they want to see.
LOCATION/ In which city, country, part of the world do you conduct your activities?
Change.org gathers more than 75milions of users worldwide. In France, more than 3.6 millions of users (individuals, associations…) lead campaigns to make a change.
IMPACT/ What is the positive economic, social, political, environmental…of the activity, project, initiative, start-up, company?
Each day on change.org, petitions are launched all over the world leading to concrete results: handicapped people get adapted accommodations, firms change their sourcing policies to respect environment, governments make laws against corruption.
