Christian Nibourel was born the 9th of January 1958 in Auxerre (Bourgogne).
A graduate of the INSA engineering school and EM Lyon business school, Christian Nibourel has spent most of his 28-year Accenture career in Financial Services and led transformation and industrialization projects for major French and European banks and insurance companies.
Promoted to Senior Executive in 1995, Christian took responsibility for the retail banking consulting activities in France and across Europe in 2003. In 2005, he took over management of Accenture’s Financial Services Operating Group in France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. In 2007, Christian Nibourel became Managing Director for Accenture in France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxemburg.
Christian Nibourel is also the co-writer of the book ‘ Social Footprint. End the short-term management ‘ (Ed. Odile Jacob – 2011). He also initiated the ‘ Collectif ‘, a think-tank gathering CEOs and COOs of large companies, who want to reintegrate a long-term perspective and social performance in company management.
