Dominic Barton is the Global Managing Director of McKinsey & Company. In his 28 years with the firm, Dominic has also served as McKinsey’s Asia Chairman and led its Korean Office.
Dominic is an active participant in international fora including Davos and sits on a range of boards. He has authored > 80 articles and two books on the role of business in society, leadership and Asia. He is a Rhodes Trustee and an Adjunct Professor at Tsinghua University.

McKinsey & Company is a global management consulting firm. We work with leading organisations across the private, public and social sectors on their most important challenges.

I work around the world visiting 50 countries a year. McKinsey is a global organisation with 107 offices in more than 61 countries around the world. We speak over 120 languages and represent over 100 nationalities.

We help >1,700 clients address their most pressing challenges and opportunities, including 83 of the world’s 100 largest companies and governments representing >75% of global GDP. We serve >120 companies under $1B revenue, and, in the social sector, our work spans education to global public health, financial inclusion to agriculture development and other areas.
