Deputy member of the EELV, Vice-president of the Territory sustainable growth commission at the Assemblée Nationale
BACKGROUND/ Academic and professional background
François-Michel Lambert is vice-president of both the first French-Burmese association group and French-Cuban group in the Assemblée Nationale.
He is co-reporter of a mission regarding the biomass, which he delivered in June 2013 to feed the debate on the energy transition wanted by the French President.
He also led the EELV group in the Assemblée Nationale surrounding the circular economy theme for the 2013 Environmental Conference.
He works as a consultant for the local authorities and teaches at the CRET-LOG (Aix-Marseille University) where he specialises in economic development and transport and logistic policies.
With this wealth of experience, he has been appointed Secretary of State in charge of sea transports and fishing, president of the National Conference on logistics, which will occur on July 2015.
ACHIEVEMENT/ What is your project, initiative, start-up, company all about?
By also creating the Circular Economy Institute, he aims at initiating a deep change in our future economic model. As a result of his actions and commitment, he received the sustainable development Marianne d’Or title in 2013.

He operates in the 10th circumscription of les Bouches du Rhône but also on the entire French territory.
