BACKGROUND / Professional and educational background:
Guillaume Liegey is an expert in electoral strategy. In 2012, he was National Field Director for François Hollande’s presidential campaign and then co-founded a campaign technology firm Liegey Muller Pons (LMP).
Guillaume is also a lecturer at Sciences Po Paris, where he teaches a course on electoral campaigns. He is a graduate of HEC and Harvard, holding a MSc in Management and a Master in Public Administration a
ACHIEVEMENT / What does the project/initiative/startup/company you will be presenting at the Positive Economy Forum consist of?
LMP’s mission is to transform public opinion campaign and polling techniques by combining advanced technology and human, using Big Data/mobile app innovation and door-to-door interaction. LMP has run over 150 political campaigns in Europe, including François Hollande’s presidential campaign in 2012. LMP is currently working with French Economy Minister Emmanuel Macron’s new political movement, En Marche.

LMP helps political parties as well as public and private organizations run better campaigns, with a focus on large-scale citizen mobilization. Our approach relies on in professional, data-driven electoral campaigns and large-scale field mobilization.
