Vice president, in charge of Partnerships, Crédit Coopératif
Born in 1952, Hugues Sibille is the father of three children.
Chief Executive Officer of Ten Consulting Group from 1980 to 1997, he was then appointed Interministerial Social Economy Delegate in 1998. In 2001 he became Partnerships Director of Caisse des Dépôts, notably in charge of small-businesses setting-up and social economy.
He joined Crédit Coopératif in 2005 as Associate Director-General, Deputy President in charge of Partnerships till January 2010, date when he is named a vice-president.
He is also Chairman of AVISE (Agence de Valorisation des Initiatives Socio-Economiques) which brings together Caisse des Dépôts and partners of social economy, including Crédit Coopératif. He acceded in November 2008 the Presidency of ESFIN-IDES Group, financial tool for the social and solidarity economy organisations.
