After a year-long animated Local Council Development and facilitated the establishment of a Local Agenda 21 and Plan of Development and Sustainable Development in the 4th arrondissement of Lyon, Ivan joined Public Missions in 2013.
He completed his studies in parallel in the two Masters of Public Affairs at the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in the specialty Engineering Consultation. This newly created training course is dedicated to the training of professionals for the design, organization and management of policies and mechanisms for citizen participation. Ivan had previously taken a curriculum focused on environmental mediation and ecology. His academic research has focused on the question of participation in the management and in the territories.
Associatively very committed, he represented the network and ethical responsibility to Rio +20, animating all citizens a process of workshops around the principle of shared responsibility. Ivan is also Chairman of REFEDD – French REseau Students for Sustainability – with more than 100 associations throughout the French territory. In this context, he provides and organizes regular training (Bilan Carbone Campus Map Campus Travel, Food responsible … Green Plan), workshops (hold-up, the Dream …) and seminars.
