Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Jérôme Weill was a partner with CMC (Change Management Consulting), which he joined in 1999 and before with another consulting firm for 7 years. Over the past twenty years, he drove several major projects in air and defense, car industry, railway, materials, food industry, retails … Globally, he has been involved in more than 250 projects for 100 clients

Prior to consulting, he worked 15 years at the French Institute of Petroleum, in Research and Technology, as research engineer and project director for developing new petrochemical processes.
Jérôme Weill is a graduate from Ecole Normale Superieure de Saint-Cloud, PhD in chemistry and holds a post graduate diploma in Business Administration.
