He has a master in Management sciences (The Sorbonne), a master in communication and journalism (French Institute of the Press), and a DESS in Information Management from Science Po Paris. Majid el Jarroudi is the current director of the Agency for Entrepreneurial Diversity (ADIVE), an association which aims to link entrepreneurs from « diversity backgrounds » or living in areas labeled as « politique de la ville » (ZUS, ZFU…) with buying services from large French and international companies in order to allow these entrepreneurs to sell their goods or services, develop their enterprise and thus create job opportunities.
He decided to create his first enterprise in 2003, Algoconsult, a consulting cabinet specialized in the assistance of entrepreneurs. In 2008, he created Human Goodwill, a consulting cabinet specialized in social innovation and to which the mission is to accompany big enterprises in their social responsibility actions, particularly on questions of diversity hiring.
In 2008, Majid El Jarroudi he became vice-president of JEUNE, the association of young entrepreneurs in the European Union in Brussels which lobbies in the interests of young entrepreneurs and for raising awareness on entrepreneurship in Europe.
In 2010 he was named « Social Entrepreneur of the year » in France by Ashoka.
Since 2010, he is President of “Humanity in Action France”, an association which promotes equality of chances and fights against discriminations with French and Americans students since 2010.
