Marc Rennard joined the Executive Committee of the France Telecom Group/Orange in May 2010.
He has been since 2006 the International Executive Director in charge of Africa, Middle East and Asia.
He was International Operations Director of France Télécom/Orange and President and/or administrator of several international subsidiaries (3 listed companies : Jordan Telecom Group, Mobinil and Sonatel (since 2004)).
Marc Rennard was the Chairman and CEO of UNI2, telecommunications provider in Spain (2003/2004).
Marc Rennard was the Deputy Managing director of TDF (1996/2002), president of TDF video services (1996/2002), president of TDF cable (1992/1996 and 2001/2003) and Commercial director of TDF (1992/1996).
He was the Managing Director of « Société des Montagnes de l’Arc », Groupe Caisse des Dépôts (1989/1992), and had successively occupied the functions of consultant (1982/1983), agency director (1984/1985) and managing director (1086/1989) of CEREP COMMUNICATIONS.
Marc Rennard started his career as project officer for the socio-economics institute of entreprises and organisations, ISEOR (1979/1981).
Marc Rennard, 57 years old, is graduated from EM Lyon and has a degree (french diploma DEA) in management sciences (EM Lyon and University Lyon 3).
