General Manager, La Ligue Havraise
Born on May 14, 1952 in Le Havre, Patrick Gros is a specialized educator by training.
After a long career in the field of social and professional inclusion of young people, Patrick Gros accepted in 1993 to take the lead of the local mission of Le Havre agglomeration.
Since 2003, he has been General Manager of the La Ligue Havraise, an association dedicated to assisting disabled people. In 10 years, Patrick Gros doubled the activity of the association, which now supports 850 people and has 480 employees. La Ligue Havraise is organized into 20 units or services which welcome 850 people, both children and adults, with developmental and mental disabilities.
Patrick Gros is an elected member of the office of the Territory Health Conference in Le Havre, a member of the Development Council of Le Havre / Pointe de Caux Estuary and facilitator of a working group for the maintenance of autonomy and member of the “Le Havre en Seine” APM club.
