Founder & President, MicroDON
Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in European Business with technology from the University of Brighton, Pierre-Emmanuel Grange then completed a master’s degree from EM Lyon and Central Lyon in ICT. He was hired at General Electric where he worked as head of IT projects. It was during his 5 years at GE he was sent six months in Mexico, where he discovered the program generosity El Redondeo box.
On his return to France, Pierre-Emmanuel takes the idea, develops it by creating an association law 1901 and then incubated the project at Positive Planet. He then expanded the scope of the gift payday and finally he created microDON in 2009: the first French social enterprise providing tools micro-fundraising with consumers and employees.
In 2013, microDON launches the Arrondi national program, offering the possibility to round the basket to the euro than to support local solidarity actions.
