BACKGROUND / Academic and professional background
Stéphane DULON graduated from the ESSEC and the Social Entrepreneurship Chair in 2009. He began his career in sustainable development consulting and environmental performance. He joined the Logeo Group in 2011 as task officer and then Strategy and Services Director at Logeo Action Logement. He is now Managing Director of Résidétapes, a social company and Logeo partner, developing temporary housing solutions for people having any relation to employment.
ACHIEVEMENT / What is your project, initiative, start-up, company all about?
Created in 2003, Résidétapes is a non-profit organization that initiates, develops and manages temporary housing solutions to answer the needs of employees and young workers.
The résidétape is a concept of residence, developed by Residétapes, offering quality housing, furnished and equipped at an affordable price, providing practical services and a tailor-made accompaniment by a social counselor.
LOCATION / In which cinty, country, part of the world do you conduct your activities?
Résidétapes manages 10 residences in Ile-de-France, Loire-Atlantique and Rhône-Alpes and 28 rooms in shared apartments, for a total of 1100 accommodations. Furthermore, 4 residences are in progress in Marseille, Créteil, Ivry-sur-Seine and Paris.
IMPACT / What is the positive economic, social, political, environmental … impact of the activity, project, initiative, start-up, company?
The résidétapes receives people having any relation to employment and difficulties finding accommodation (first job, provisional contract, limited resources, professional mobility, life incident…). Doing that, they facilitate the access or retention in employment while helping the access to independent housing through a regular social counseling.
