ACHIEVEMENT/ What is your project, initiative, start-up, company all about?
The corporate social responsibility (CSR) issues are at the heart of FDJ development strategy. Considering that efficiency and social responsibility cannot be separated, CSR policies naturally involve every part of the company. CSR is the driving force of positive economy.
LOCATION/ In which city, country, part of the world do you conduct your activities?
At a national scale.
IMPACT/ What is the positive economic, social, political, environmental…of the activity, project, initiative, start-up, company?
Several actions are undertaken at the same time in order to measure the impact of this commitment. FDJ watches a lot of CSR performance indicators, eventually those directly related with the company’s activities (installation of a societal lab, application of a non-financial rating system, experimental approach to measure shared value creation, CSR performance-related pay among managers …).
