General Delegate of the Foundation Agir Contre l’Exclusion (FACE)
Vincent Baholet, 47, originally from Nantes, has an academic and a professional background combining economic and social development. After studies in management and computer science, he continued his studies in Human Resources and education science before initiating a research work in economical sociology. Following the first experiences in the private sector and an experience of cooperation in Guinea, most of his career took place at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM) in regional management positions and national missions. For 15 years, he has also operated in social engineering and strategy consulting activities (CSR) and has been involved in University level Education.
Since 2009, Vincent Baholet has been managing FACE Foundation whose mission is to prevent and fight against all kinds of exclusion, discrimination and poverty from economic actors. In connection with the territorial stakeholders, FACE promotes social and societal innovation and the setting of CSR actions (employment, education, consumption …) for both large and small businesses. Today FACE Network has 4 000 companies through 44 local associations and is spreading abroad (Belgium, Brazil ….). More than 70 000 people in need have access to its services. Both Do & Think Tank, FACE itself is a great social movement of firms on territories.
