Holding a M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris and from U.C. Berkeley, he started his carreer with Mars & Co, an international strategy consulting firm, in the US, Brazil, Mexico, England then France.
He joined the not-for-profit Groupe SOS, a 10,000 employee grouping of NGOs in the field of public health, social care and social businesses. He will hold several deputy managing director positions in R&D, support & strategy and of a business unit.
In late 2010, he founded La Fabrique Spinoza/The Spinoza Factory, the Paris-based cross-party political and economical think-tank for citizens’ well-being. As such, it organizes and promotes research and democratic debate on citizens’ well-being, and produces public policy innovation, as well as citizens recommendations to the civil society in its favor.
Praised by the Bhutanese Labor Minister for his work towards happiness, expert with the U.N. he advises organizations on workforce well-being, as a goal in itself as well as a driver of performance.
He joined the LHFORUM in 2013 as co-general rapporteur of the Positive Economy Index.
